Bikram Yoga Brooklyn Class Schedule

 
Classes are offered seven days a week 365 days a year and are 90 minutes long. You don't need to make a reservation. Just show up about 15 minutes before class starts. Please be prompt, as the front door is locked at class start time.

Bring a large towel, bottle of water and a yoga mat. We rent out yoga mats and towels at the studio. Water and yoga mats may be purchased at the studio as well.

Women can wear a leotard or shorts and a sports bra/yoga top with or without a t-shirt. Men can wear shorts with or without a t-shirt. Less is better since the room is heated.
